I’m a mother of two little boys, a birth keeper, doula, sound healer and breastfeeding peer supporter.
My care is warm, down to earth and deeply relational. I’m not here to perform something mystical or tell you how birth should look. I’m here to get to know you, your family, your hopes, your fears, your choices and the kind of support that helps you feel genuinely safe.
I weave traditional birth keeping with modern, informed care. My work is rooted in reverence, harmony and creating a calm container around the mother, baby and family.
There is a deeper remembering in this work, but it is also very ordinary and human: cups of tea, honest conversations, steady hands, practical preparation, listening well and being someone familiar in the room.
Reach OutMy care brings together ancestral and modern wisdom, gentle hands-on support, emotional steadiness and a deep respect for mother-centred care.
I care about harmony in the birth space. Mothers, partners, babies, midwives and families all matter — and when everyone feels grounded, heard and supported, the mother can remain at the centre without the room becoming divided.
Much of my inspiration comes from birth writers and teachers such as Ina May Gaskin, Dr Sara Wickham and Rachel Reed — women who keep bringing the conversation back to physiology, time, informed choice, trust and the conditions that help oxytocin flow.
I believe women deserve space to understand their options, ask questions, change their minds, be listened to and birth without being rushed or reduced to a policy.
I also believe good care does not come from fear, pressure or rejecting everything. My work holds a middle path: trusting the body while staying informed, respectful, responsive and honest.
I support home birth, hospital birth, birth centre birth, freebirth conversations, transfer, changing plans, grief, joy, uncertainty, chaos, beauty and the deeply human reality of becoming a mother.
Through relationship, trust and time, the support naturally becomes individual. I listen deeply, respond intuitively and bring the right threads of care for the woman and family in front of me.
Understanding your body, hormones, nervous system and the ways safety supports labour, surrender and trust.
Gentle support, positioning, softening, comfort measures and hands-on care through pregnancy and birth.
Sound, vocal weaving, music, mother blessings and simple rituals to honour pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
Warmth, food, listening, feeding support, birth debriefing, herbal support and practical mother care.
A reverent space to honour the placenta, with ritual, keepsakes and gentle conversation around traditional placenta practices.
Exploring your options, preparing questions and supporting you to make choices that feel clear and grounded.
Using sound, rhythm, breath and voice to support calm, connection and a felt sense of safety.
Gentle traditional wisdom, herbal knowledge and remembering that mothers are nature too.
Birth preparation, birth preferences, relationship building, partner preparation, emotional support and space to speak honestly.
Continuous doula care, grounded presence, comfort measures, advocacy, rebozo, sound, breath and protection of the birth space.
Feeding support, birth debriefing, herbal support, physical support, yoni steaming, womb wrapping and traditional postpartum wisdom.
Birth plan consultations, preparation sessions, navigating complications or decisions, birth debriefs and ongoing emotional support.
Gentle, practical feeding support before and after your baby arrives.
As a mother and ABM breastfeeding peer supporter, I offer warm, non-judgemental support for the early days and beyond.
This can include preparing for breastfeeding in pregnancy, responsive feeding, positioning and attachment, understanding normal newborn behaviour, emotional reassurance, and knowing when extra specialist support is needed.
There is no pressure or perfection here — just kind, grounded support for you, your baby and the feeding journey that feels right for your family.
Ask About Feeding Support
Alongside my personal birth keeping and doula work, I am rooted in the wider vision of Wild Earth Mother Village CIC — a community-led remembering of what mothers and families truly need.
This work is not only for one kind of woman or one way of seeing birth. It is open to women and families from many backgrounds, beliefs and experiences.
It is about creating community, restoring mother-centred care and building bridges between mothers, partners, midwives, doulas and families.
Contact me to book a call, ask a question, or explore whether birth keeping, doula care or one-to-one support feels right for you.
Prenatal sessions, birth preparation, birth planning, partner support, emotional processing, rebozo, sound and clear exploration of your choices.
On-call support from 37 weeks and continuous doula care through labour and birth, at home, hospital or birth centre.
Postnatal visits, breastfeeding support, birth debriefing, herbal support, physical support, yoni steaming, womb wrapping, nourishment and family support.
Birth plan consultations, birth preparation, birth debriefing, navigating complications or decisions, and ongoing emotional support. This can be booked separately from full doula care.
North Wales, Liverpool, Manchester and the wider North West. Some one-to-one support can also be offered online.
Full doula care is offered on a sliding scale of £1,500–£2,500. Optional postpartum care can be added after discussion. Payment plans are available upon discussion.
The sliding scale helps make care more accessible. When a family pays towards the higher end, it helps create more room for mothers and families with fewer resources to access support too.
A few living pieces of the work: birth, blessing, sound, herbal wisdom, family, community and the quiet moments where care becomes familiar.
If you are pregnant, preparing for birth, moving through postpartum, looking for breastfeeding support or wanting one-to-one support, you are welcome to reach out.
